We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Apps or any features at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Most disputes can be resolved informally. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at toncho.dev@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Apps shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Toncho Dev regarding the use of our Apps and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms at any time without restriction.
Toncho Dev shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, internet failures, or government actions.
We welcome your feedback and suggestions. If you provide us with any ideas, suggestions, or feedback about our Apps, you grant us the right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.
